Service

WipeMyData provides tools to scan public listings and submit opt-out / deletion requests on your behalf. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

No guarantee of removal

Brokers and websites control whether and when information is removed. Public records may reappear. Fees are for filing and monitoring services rendered, not for a guaranteed outcome.

Authorization

By checking the authorization box at checkout, you appoint WipeMyData as your agent to submit privacy / opt-out requests for the brokers you select.

Billing

Setup fees and subscriptions are billed through Stripe when configured. You may cancel the monitoring subscription anytime; setup fees are generally non-refundable after filing work begins except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may only request removals for yourself or someone you are legally authorized to represent. Misuse, fraud, or abuse may result in termination.
