Who we are

WipeMyData (“we”) operates a privacy-request automation service. Contact: support@wipemydata.io.

What we collect

• Name, state, and email you submit for scans and filings
• Payment metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for abuse prevention

How we use it

• To run public-result scans you request
• To submit opt-out / deletion requests as your authorized agent
• To provide monitoring and customer support

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary information with data brokers / sites to process your request, and with processors like Stripe and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account and filing records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and support needs. You may email us to request deletion subject to legal holds.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including CCPA / GDPR), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support@wipemydata.io.
